What I did was I took in the sides, took off the collar and made a v-neck. Also, I cut the shirt along my waistline, gathered it and added the rosettes. For the sleeves, I unpicked the seams to add in elastic so that it became slightly puffy.
Hope that this will give some inspiration to others to upcycle. It's fun & highly addictive!
